DID YOU CIRCLE THE PURCHASE DATE, TOTAL SALES AMOUNT, AND INCLUDE YOUR INITIALS NEXT TO THE TOTAL ON EACH RECEIPT? DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TIP AMOUNT IN THE TOTAL.

DID YOU CHECK TO SEE IF THE PURCHASE DATE & BUSINESS NAME IS VISIBLE IN YOUR PHOTO? IF NOT TAKE A NEW PHOTO!

REMINDER: NO HANDWRITTEN RECEIPTS, INVOICES, or CREDIT CARD ONLY RECEIPTS. RECEIPTS MUST BE ITEMIZED ORIGINAL RECEIPTS.  Anything else may be declined. Amounts should NOT include the tip for purchases at food and beverage businesses, personal services or any purchase where a tip is made.
