Consultant Kick-off Meeting

This meeting is open to all who have an interest in participating in the process of drafting the vision for downtown Durango for the next 20 years.

If there are people who you know are interested in being active in this process, but may not be on the list, please forward this announcement to them, and encourage them to attend. Public input is very crucial to the success of this plan.

The different focus groups that have met over the last two months consist of:

Infill & Housing
Urban Design
Access & Transportation
Camino del Rio & Riverfront
Public facilities & Land Use

*The Business Plan Focus Group has been delayed until the later half of the year when an initial draft of the strategic plan has been created. The DDP felt it could not move forward on this component without the initial land use findings in place. If you signed up for the Business Plan focus group, please attend this meeting and sign up a different focus group for this first round.
