Downtown entities needing first or new homes, including a proposed Transit Transfer Center, conference and events center, parking structure/lot(s), the county judicial offices, city departments and fire department. Studies have indicated that keeping such facilities in the downtown are key to helping a CBD sustain its vibrancy.
