The Durango Business Improvement District (BID) represents over 400 commercial property owners in the Central Business District and along North Main Avenue, as well as the business owners in those properties. BID’s mission is to market, promote and advocate for these property and business owners. When you need to know something about Downtown or North Main Avenue, BID has the answer!
BID, Local First, and Durango Chamber of Commerce are hosting a Panhandling Town Hall on Tuesday April 25, 8:30 to 10 am, at the Durango Public Library. The Town Hall is geared toward business owners and managers, and will be a solutions-focussed meeting. Click HERE for the invitation.

Come to Downtown Durango for the Mother's Day Sidewalk Sale shopping event. There will be lots of great deals from Durango’s favorite merchants over the first two weekends in May. Shop early and find just the right gift at our Pre-Mother's Day shopping weekend May 5-7. Then come back downtown Mother's Day weekend for shopping and Dining downtown. We will have a list of restaurants offering specials for Mother's Day, Plus a list of merchants with offering special sales. Enjoy a full weekend and support Downtown businesses! Spectacular Spring is BID’s marketing campaign that collects events from March through May. Durango has amazing events all year, and Springis no exception! BID's monthly board meeting is open to the public. The meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, from noon to 2 pm, at BID's office 850 1/2 Main Ave Suite 2. The next meeting is Wednesday April 12, 2016. Click HERE for the agenda.
First National Bank of Durango hosts BID's monthly Coffee and Conversation meeting. BID Coffee and Conversation is for business owners and anyone interested in Downtown and Uptown (what we are calling North Main Ave.) activities. The meeting is always held on the 2nd Friday of every month from 8:30 to 9:30 am. at First National Bank of Durango in the Community Room, 259 W. 9th Street.
